Frequently Asked Questions
When will my first pie arrive?
Your first delivery is scheduled immediately after checkout. After we send out your first pie, the following pie will start arriving approximately a month apart.
Can I choose the pie that I will receive?
After your first month's shipment, you have the ability to manage your subscription and change the flavor for the next month on your account page.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Yes! Purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription as a gift for your pie lovers, a special someone, or corporate gifts. When purchasing this subscription as a gift, an automated message will be sent to you, which can then be forward to your gift recipient.
What are my payment options?
You will be charged the total amount at checkout. Price does not include shipping fee ($9.95 flat rate fee per shipment)
Can I cancel my subscription?
Prepaid subscriptions cannot be canceled. These subscriptions will not continue after the subscription period is over.
