We only charge $9.95 flat rate shipping fee for any ground package with free shipping on $100+. Free shipping is validated on a per shipment basis, not cart contents. If you are using the Ship to Multiple Addresses feature, each shipment going to a different address must be over $100 to receive free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to any pre-paid subscription membership unless each shipment from the subscription is over $100.
